We are committed to the highest standards of cleaning and disinfection in all accommodations and common areas. For this reason, we were awarded three certifications for biosafety and responsible tourism, which are: Safe Travels (WTTC), Responsible Tourism Label, Clean and Safe (Ministry of Health) and Seal Tourism More Protected (Setur / RN).

    The use of the swimming pool and gym is authorized, following the recommendations of distance and strengthening the protocol for cleaning chairs, tables and loungers, for example;

  • bedrooms

    We use specific chemicals for professional use that are effective against Coronavirus;

  • Breakfast

    The capacity of our restaurant has been scaled up, ensuring proper distance between tables and chairs. The spacing between tables is 1.5 meters, according to local legislation;

We organized a team composed of the board, managers, cleaning and food security professionals to create the protocol to combat and contain the spread of Covid-19. In it, we gather all the procedures adopted, which are improved daily with the hygiene standards and following all the recommendations of Organs official local, national and international bodies.

  • What are the protocols adopted by employees?

    All employees must wear protective masks for the full time of their working hours. The use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), such as Face Shield, glasses, apron and glove, is added in case of activities with greater contact with customers;

  • What cleaning measures have been implemented?

    We ensure the washing and disinfection of surfaces on which employees and guests circulate, as well as objects of common use (counters, elevator buttons, door handles, pens for shared use, luggage carts, among others). Hygiene is intensified and systematized according to the recommendations and operational protocols for biosafety, and in accordance with current rules and legislation;

  • Does the hotel have hand washing stations?

    We installed 70% alcohol dispensers in different points of the hotel, social and service areas (restaurant, elevators, reception, gym, cafeteria, among others) for use by customers, employees and suppliers. The sanitation areas were installed at strategic points and are easily accessible for hand hygiene.

  • Which hotel facilities are open?

    The use of the pool is authorized, following the distancing recommendations and strengthening the hygiene protocol. The gym is also free. The leisure area, located 300 meters from the hotel, is open with hours of use from 8 am to 6 pm. * Schedules subject to change due to decrees.
